Job Description
At INITIA, as a visual designer, you will delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them. You will translate concepts into living, breathing prototypes/mock-ups. Collaborate with other designers andresearchers to produce high-quality visuals from concept to execution across various platforms (HMI, website/portals, web apps, visual communication and graphic design material for print, product and spaces).
Responsibility

Understand and implement the appropriate typography, iconography, colour, space, and texture in visually engaging, innovative and functional designs.
Understand the user, market, and trends through data and research and implement it in concept and design.

Interact with Design, Engineering and Management teams to translate project goals into relevant design solutions.
Develop quick mock-ups and digital prototypes.
Identify new trends in visual design/graphic design and design in general and share them with the team.
Work on UI/UX and visual design project documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social media posts and articles.
